Sellers who offer delivery services can upload delivery information to ATLAS, enabling the brand to notify the buyers.
Download and fill-out the order list
1. Open ATLAS and go to Orders, then to My Orders.
2. Access the order list on your computer (the one you just downloaded) and input Track and Trace codes for each order. Then, open the updated list in Excel. In Excel you'll see several empty fields where you can enter the Track and Trace codes.
3. It's important to fill all rows. You can do this in two ways:
- Fill in the fields order by order
- Fill in the fields column by column
In this example, we'll enter information column by column.
Track and Trace code
Input the Track and Trace code.
Tracking link
Here you enter the link from the Track and Trace code.
Forwarder
Fill in the courier that sends your orders.
Expected delivery date
Enter the expected delivery date of your orders in this format: dd-mm-yyyy
Sent at
Enter the date when your orders will be shipped in this format: dd-mm-yyyy
Delivery remarks (optional)
Enter any comments for the buyer
All done? Don't forget to click save the file as a CSV!
Upload the completed list
1. Track and Trace codes
In Atlas, under Orders, go to Import Track and Trace.
2. Select file
Choose the order list that you've updated with the Track and Trace codes, then click Open.
3. Check the orders
Once you've opened the list, you'll see an overview of all orders for which you've entered a Track and Trace. When you have review the list, click on Upload T&T.
4. Status & Settlement
Return to 'My Orders'. Here, you'll notice that the orders now have a new status: 'Sent'. Buyers can now track their orders. At this stage, the lots will be on the seller's balance for settlement. Therefore, the sooner you enter delivery information, the sooner we can settle funds.
During this process, the buyer will receive the following emails:
- A notification when the orders are downloaded by the seller ("seller is preparing your order")
- A reminder to the buyer that the seller is preparing their order
- A message with the track and trace codes when they have been uploaded by the seller
