Users can be linked to several different companies in ATLAS using the same e-mail address. This guide will help you add new users or remove users from an existing company.

Add a user
- Log in to ATLAS and open the Company tab
- Choose the company you want to make changes to
- Click the invite button (top right of the page)
- Fill out the details of the new seller/user (first name, last name, e-mail)
- Primary user: select this checkbox if the user is the company owner or if they’re authorized to make changes to company details (e.g. bank account numbers used to pay out funds)
- Click the Send button to complete the registration
📩 Once the invitation has been sent, the user will receive an email with a link to create an account and start using ATLAS.
Remove a user
- Log in to ATLAS and open the Company tab
- Choose the company you want to make changes to
- Make sure the user you want to unlink is not a Primary User. If you are a primary user, remove yourself as a primary user by deselecting the checkbox (see picture below)
- Click on the Remove button to remove the user from the company.
Note: this button is only shown when the user is not a primary user.
