In this article you'll find instructions on how to:
- Activate your account

Activate your account
After your account manager invites you to ATLAS, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate it.
Please set a new password for your account by following these instructions:
- Open the account registration email and click the link

Choose Forgot your password?

Enter your email address and click Send verification code:
- You’ll receive an email with the verification code
- Enter this code in ATLAS and click Continue
- Set up your password
Complete the KYC check
You can see your KYC status when you sign in to ATLAS. If you haven’t yet completed the KYC process, here’s what to do:
1. Choose whether you’re selling as a Company or Individual

- Curators: individual
- Banks: company
- Government institutions: company
- Non-profit organisations: non-profit (if Chamber of Commerce), individual (no Chamber of Commerce)
2. Click Start KYC Check.
3. You'll be redirected to the Stripe website. From here, please fill in the relevant information about your business and proceed through the form.
When you have completed the form, click 'agree and submit'.
A note about KYC data
As part of our client onboarding processes (KYC) we're required to collect certain data about our sellers.
DAC7 is an EU directive aimed at improving cooperation between tax authorities in EU member states, particularly by gaining insight into income from sellers via digital platforms. The directive aims to simplify tax collection by local tax authorities. Troostwijk Auctions, as an auction platform, is obliged to report data from its sellers to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
The type of data we collect depends on whether the seller is an individual (private) seller or a company (business) seller.

Connect a bank account
As a primary user, you'll need to add a bank account to receive payments.
- Sign in to ATLAS > open the Company tab > click Bank accounts in the left side menu
- Click Add Bank Account in the top-right corner of the screen
- Add your bank account details in the pop-up window (see below)
- Click Select files to upload proof of account ownership. This will be checked by the finance department in the approval process for new bank accounts
- Click Send Verification Code
- We'll send a verification code to your email, which you can then enter and click Submit.
