This article describes the process of downloading financial auction documentation once the auction has closed.
In ATLAS, sellers have the ability to access and download several documents containing information for the financial closure of an auction. These documents are comprehensive, providing a detailed account of different aspects of the transaction. Examples of these documents include but may not be limited to Settlement specification, Settlement invoices, Buyers Invoices, Lot listing, Commission specification, Client listing, Service specification, Export declaration, and VAT free files.
The information on the financial auction closure can be found on the ATLAS homepage. There are 2 ways of receiving information:
- Download an assortment of Financial Auction Closure documents
- Downloading buyer invoices for a selected date range (Invoicing on behalf of...)
- Downloading an assortment of Financial Auction Closure documents
After clicking on download a pop-up appears, select and download.
