Having trouble with ATLAS or one of our auctioning platforms? We recommend following these six simple steps to get back on track.
1. Test out incognito mode.
If switching to incognito mode fixes your issue, you're likely experiencing a local issue. Following the steps below in your standard browser should get this fixed.
2. Clear your cache & cookies.
Clearing cache and cookies can fix a range of issues like loading or formatting issues on sites. It's often a good place to start!
3. Try different browser.
We recommend using Google Chrome for using ATLAS. However, if you're having trouble while using Chrome, try signing in on another browser.
4. Try different device.
Sometimes issues can be localized to a device. Try signing in on another device if you have one available.
5. Try different network.
An unstable internet connection can be the root of several issues. We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi or to different network.
6. Check your browser's version.
You may need to update your browser version. Check which browser you're using and the latest version here.
